As a store manager, I do NOT have a chief diversity officer. What I have though, is two piles for applications :
1. One where decent resumes go
2. One for resumes with pronouns on them… right next to my shredder.When looking for employees the biggest red flag are those who put their pronouns in their resume. Why? I feel they are more concerned about virtue signaling, sexual deviancy, concerned over things that are none of their business and would not be focused on the job itself.
