This is where RINOS and ‘go-along-to-get-along’ Republicans got owned by Democrats into approving activists to the Federal bench. Most of these activist judges were known beforehand to be far-Left Socialists masquerading as ‘Liberals’. Because of their race or gender, Democrats and the media bully spineless Republicans into approving these people for fear of being labeled as ‘racists/misogynists’ if they oppose them. The Democrats have shrewdly used this tactic for decades to install ‘their’ people on the Federal bench in order to further their Socialist agenda. As in this case, they pull them out to ‘do their duty’ to sabotage any positive move that a Republican or Conservative administration attempts to implement. We need more Republicans like Trump who have a backbone and prevent these known Socialists from becoming Federal judges.
