His insurance company and the police have got him over a barrel. They both have more than enough evidence to prosecute him. Dangerous driving, using a phone at the wheel, causing injuries to his passenger, AND subsequently asking him take video while bleeding, and that was after leaving him in the vehicle in the aftermath of the crash…!
That guy got famous by assaulting people and picking fights in public, and when anyone reacts, he has hired thugs to step in and threaten the victim.
