The woman is completely wrong but her behavior does not justify the use of deadly force. The police seemed to be looking for an excuse to shoot at someone, and will probably get away with claiming that she “drove toward them in a dangerous manner”. If you have time to aim and fire a weapon at an oncoming car, your life is not in danger……unless you choose to remain in their path to kill them, rather than moving out of the way. She needs to go to jail for her actions, not die. The police need to find another means of employment. One that does not involve guns and the ability to kill citizens.
