I went from watching 4 or 5 NFL games a week 6 or 7 years ago, to having not watched a game in over 4 or 5 years. I got sick of rich and privileged athletes and team owners acting like they are oppressed and the rest of us are evil for having the gall to exist. People are done with this woke nonsense and see it for the hateful hypocrisy it is.
Celebrities were strictly told not to give any political speech or spread any political message. Additional police and security were also deployed in case someone tries to do anything political. There probably were threats regarding their future careers that were good enough to silence all of them.
