Carroll admitted on CNN that the rape wasn’t about sex. That she wasn’t hurt. This woman is nuts. The judge is nuts. There was no rape. This women made up a new definition of rape that didn’t involve sex and people fell for it.
They also said that the dress E Jean Carroll said she was wearing wasn’t even made yet when she claimed this all happened. This woman is a liar and fraud and Trump should sue her big time.

Isn’t there a statute of limitations on rape or is this the same as murder? China Joe was accused of rape and nothing happened, but then no one is above the law unless you are a Democrat.
Yeah, there was a statute of limitations. The state of New York temporarily waived it, and I believe it was done specifically to allow her to file her lawsuits against Trump, so that victims could file claims against their assailants. It was called the Adult Survivors Act.
