That is BS, if it was for the other side, they wouldn’t have any issues with it.
This would make a good Federal Civil Rights lawsuit for violating the First Amendment’s protection of free speech. Since the sign is on private property and expresses the opinion of a private citizen, it is a clear-cut First Amendment violation to try and have it taken down. Where are the Pro bono RNC lawyers on this? This case could go all the way up to SCOTUS and have national consequences. What’s next — banning yards signs of political opponents?
The mayor needs to be in jail.
