Thankfully, I live now in retirement in Brazil, where healthcare is free and considered a human right. I had COVID-19 a few years ago, after I was vaccinated and the sickness was mild, like a light flu. The Brazilian doctors did not need a bribe to prescribe the medicine which was a lifesaver.
