Look at federal Code 18 USC 611. This is the US Code they are counting on to get illegals to vote in federal elections.
18 USC 611 prohibits noncitizens from voting in federal elections. The law applies to elections for the office of President, VP, Presidential elector, member of the Senate or the House of Representatives, Delegate from DC, or Resident Commissioner. The law doesn’t prevent any member of the armed forces of the US from voting, if they are otherwise qualified by the state laws.
