What’s Maher’s concern? Is it that we are importing criminals? Terrorists? Saboteurs? Carriers of disease (look at the history of tuberculosis and leprosy in the USA – they were eradicated until the “open door” policies of Clinton and his successor)? ls his concern that we are seeing our culture not merely mongrelized but balkanized? Our core values degraded and diminished? NO – Maher’s big gripe is that this uncontrolled, outrageous level of immigration “may very well cost the Dems/the Left/the Liberals the election.” Well, gee, thanks, Bill – personally, I hope to Hell it DOES cost them the election.
