I remember when my family was doing all the legal processes to get our green card, we waited for about 10 years and paid a considerable sum of money, now people can just walk into your country without restrictions apparently.
They shouldn’t be able to allocate funds for multiple programs under a single bill. They should have to submit each funding requirement under a separate bill.
