I 110% believe the Secret Service helped set this up! There is no way every single one of the Security Team would overlook this building top and allow this to happen. Someone with ZERO experience in security would have never left that rooftop unprotected!!!
I’m not a “security expert”. Aside from my Military service (which, necessarily, involves some “security work”), I’ve never had a job in “security”. I am, however, endowed with basic common sense and a reasonable grasp of reality and the sheer number and the extraordinary level of seeming incompetence attendant on the attempted assassination of (former) Pres. Trump makes it impossible to believe that this event could have proceeded (let alone almost succeeded) without the active participation of people inside the government’s security services (most particularly the Secret Service, but also incl. the FBI, the CIA, the NSA, the DoJ and DHS). Forget some of the more obviously “sketchy” actions, particularly on the part of Sec. Mayorkas, such as denying the Trump campaign the extra security personnel they requested (shades of Obama’s stiffing the Romney campaign of personnel and resources – and nobody was calling on putting Romney “in the crosshairs”) or the decision to detach SS personnel from the Trump campaign in order to bolster Jill Biden’s protection detail while she went off on a “non-official” jaunt. No, it’s adequate simply to look at the details of this particular rally to realize that it was practically an invite to murder – from the failure to secure “the high ground” around the event to the detachment of the personal protection detail from the podium so that they could attend to the seating in the bleachers – all of which point the finger at collusion and complicity. It would take a book to detail all the failures of the security arrangements which attended the event in Butler, Penn, but the conclusion can be quickly summarized: this was an “inside job”.
