A couple of issues are the fact that, for one, I can fill a gas tank in 10 minutes or less and be on my way again when recharging an EV may take hours or days. Second is the fact that cold weather seriously affects the battery performance.

1. They are super heavy and will destroy the roads, bridges, parking garages.
2. They use electric power, which needs power stations and use fossile fuels.
3. Have to rewire your garage. What if you park in the street or parking lot whee would you plug in?

5. Dangerous if your walking you don’t hear them coming.
6. They remind me of having to wear a mask, being told to take a vaccine. No thanks.
