If you went to the Service and decided that you wanted to go AWOL. Then that isn’t ok. You don’t start telling America that you served in the War. If some one ask you about it, just said I didn’t serve. The fact that you are the one who brought it up makes it a total lie. Shame on you Walz. Too many men went to Vie Nam and a lot never came back. Some that came back will never walk again. They lost limbs and the War was never actually declared a war. Then some of the Vets were denied benefits while others got served quickly. Our Vets need to be cared for.
