The best response would be for all women athletes to refuse to participate in any sport that allows a man pretending to be a woman to compete against them, or even to use the same locker room. That would shut down those leagues that refuse to acknowledge the difference between men and women. Then some group of women athletes can start their own leagues and be certain not to hire any blokes from the previous leagues to run their organization. Put the others out of business!
