I don’t understand how Judge Merchan can still sentence him when Trump was given immunity. If this judge wants to continue with this case I think anyone and everyone that we, the people had to pay for sexual misconduct of how many in congress and house. To me, we should be able to bring charges against all of them if they want to do all these things against Trump and other conservatives. The demonrats continue to bald face lie about too many things and get by with it. So sick of this.
paragraph 3 of section 6 of the constitution states that “a judge can hold office, only during times of good behavior”. We the People are the ones to say what is “good” in America, NOT gov’t..
Agreed….and Merchan doesn’t fit the description as do many others.
