   DEI has always been a leftist power grab and nothing more. Forced diversity is simply discrimination, and will never be accepted. Equity has never meant “equality” to this crowd. They want nothing to do with equal opportunity, only specified “equal outcomes”, which is just a communist power grab. Inclusivity cannot be forced. It must be grass-roots if it is to work, and it usually involves assimilation. This group doesn’t want unity or assimilation. They are demanding division and judging people based on skin color or lifestyle, which is the antithesis of what the good people of this country have been working toward for decades. DEI is, and always was, a falsehood proposed by false characters who saw a chance to seize power and distribute that power to those in their favor.
