DEI has been going on for close to 60 years, under affirmative action I was a small electrical contractor starting in 1978 most state or federal projects required minority participation at a certain percentage of the project usually 10 to 15 percent of the project I lost 90 percent of the project due to being a small white contractor .thank god for Trump for eliminating this unfair program
